Arjun Gelda
As a Managing Partner, Arjun’s role is in overseeing operations and largely manages the sales division of the organization. He strongly believes that a strong team is the basis of any business, and leads regular sales meetings and competitions to encourage his team to excel in their roles. One of his favourite quotes to say to his team comes from The Wolf on Wallstreet, “Don’t sleep like you’re rich, work like you’re broke.”
Jimit Mehta
Jimit Mehta, as the other Managing Partner to the AGMD Group, deals largely in the purchasing side of the business. Working more closely with vendors and suppliers, Jimit works to ensure that our business is able to supply all clients with what they need. Another firm believer in teamwork, one of his original quotes is “When we win, we win together, when we lose, we learn together.”
Pratik Patel
Pratik Patel is the VP of Sales at AGMD Group. As VP of Sales, Pratik helps to lead the sales team to develop new business relationships, build continuous rapport with them, and help ultimately grow the sales team. With a strong background in e-commerce and sales, Pratik brings a “Work Hard, Play Hard” mentality to his team at AGMD Group, encouraging his members to reach new goals everyday.
Dharmen Patel
Dharmen Patel is a seasoned Warehouse Manager that’s recently joined our team. With hundreds of pallets coming and going through the warehouse he’s always here to stay on top of them and our team.
Rachel Bhola
Rachel Bhola is the Executive Assistant to the Managing Partners of the AGMD Group. With years of experience in Human Resources and Accounting, Rachel leads these departments at AGMD, coordinates shipping and project management, while also still working as the assistant to both Managing Partners. As a team player she works with everyone to help ensure all needs are met for all staff, clients and vendors.
Larry Caceres
Larry Caceres is the General Sales Manager of Promo Guyz, the brother company to the AGMD Group. Promo Guyz acts as a Promotional Merchant that can design, manufacture and print logos, words, graphics onto a number of different items. With over thirteen years of promotional and custom apparel experience, Larry brings new skills in creative and graphic design, screen-printing, garment printing, embroidery, heat-transfer and vinyl applications.
Brandon Wong-You
As the logistics coordinator, Brandon supports the shipping operations and finds the most efficient methods for all inbound and outbound shipments. He enjoys the team atmosphere at AGMD, often helping other departments if he has extra time. He lives by the saying, "when we win, we win together.
Shaleen Turakhia
Shaleen Turakhia, one of our newest Account Managers has recently joined our team in both sales and purchasing operations. Using his experience in procurement, Shaleen helps AGMD Group to source high quality products for all our client’s needs.
Pamela McConnell
As a sales rep, Pamela liaises with shipping, accounting, and procurement to assist with the customers' requests. Pamela also has excelled in securing government bids. She enjoys learning new things. She loves to say things like teamwork, makes the dream work
Nikita Dos Remedios
Nikita stars as our Field Representative, taking on clients directly from the wilds of the concrete jungle. Acting as Field Sales Representative, you’re sure to see her out and about. Thanks to her, the company’s earned quite a few new loyal and cherished clients.
Karn Kalra
As a sales rep, Karn helps to provide new business and growing relationships to help build continuous rapport with them. With a background in sales and marketing, Karn’s leadership, hard work and charm provides a refreshing approach to the team.
