I was recently hired by the president of IPAT to consul with his corporate staff on issues related to the purchase of their new law enforcement testing division. I am to teach the staff on marketing, sales delivery systems and , my specialty, customer service.

I was a fill in shift supervisor. My job was to protect and coordinate protection of casino customers, employees and assets. Iwas also responsible for training new officers, coordinating cooperation between departments and handling medical emergencies and hazmat situations.

I awas hired by the president of the company to develop a security division from the ground up. I developed all of our services hired personnel, created policies, procedures aaaand all forms. I did all marketing, sales, and, customer service and training.

I was responsible for security and safety at all parks with my main responsibility being the protection of our main park's 90 campsites. For the probation department, I was responsible for safely transporting juveniles to holding facilities and insuring that community service sentences were completed.

I was responsible for developing and managing a customer service/training department. Our goal was to teach clients how to administer and evaluate preemployment tests and weigh them with interview and background checks to reach a hiring decision. We also trained clients in complying with eeo laws and other related issues. I also handled sensitive investigations and any other duties asked of me.

I handled all duties expected of a major city police officer as a patrolman. When I became a tac investigator, I worked crime patterns, did VIP protection, handled riots and mass casualty situations and
coordinated crime fighting efforts with other local, state and federal agencies as well as the community.
